Watch this page for future opportunities.Today's economy, educational policy changes, and ever-shifting personal circumstances place undergraduate students under great strain. In the last decade, undergraduate costs have skyrocketed. Parian Lawyers believes that all students should have equal access to high-quality educational institutions.
In 2019, students graduating with a bachelor's degree owed debts around $32,731, according to Forbes. The earnings gap between those who attended college and those who didn't continues to widen, reducing chances of upward mobility for those without a degree, according to the New York Times.
Identifying the Gap
Parian Lawyers applauds those seeking higher education — it brightens the future of America. But in higher education, a paradigm called "The Gap" exists.
A student may receive a Pell Grant and other financial aid yet still struggle to pay the remaining balance to attend class — often due to circumstances beyond their control, like growing up in an economically disadvantaged household. Many simply give up on their dream of a college education.
We simply cannot let that happen.
